Job Summary

Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, menus, and quality standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of supplies needed
Follow proper food safety procedures during meal preparation and food service

Requirements




Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen roles
Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and hygiene standards
Experience with meal preparation for diverse dietary needs and preferences
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining quality standards
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards guests and team members
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and food industry best practices
Prior experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
