Duties
Assist in the packing of bakery products, ensuring each item meets quality standards before shipment
Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely to facilitate packaging processes
Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move ingredients and finished products as needed
Support assembly tasks by organizing and preparing packaging materials efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines




Conduct routine inspections of packaging supplies and report any shortages or issues

Requirements
Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production environments is preferred
Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus
Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments
Strong understanding of assembly and packaging processes within a production setting
Experience with warehouse operations, including inventory handling and safety procedures
Valuable physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
