Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and other food items, ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a quick-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. The Sandwich Maker will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and help maintain the smooth operation of the food service area.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company recipes and customer specifications
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Handle food safely, adhering to all food handling and safety regulations
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Provide friendly, attentive customer service,



addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally
Ensure proper food presentation and quality control before serving
Follow all sanitation procedures to maintain a clean work environment

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales opportunities
Valuable communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
