We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our client's manufacturing facility close to Chatham-Kent, ON region.

Shift - Day

Pay - $80k - $90k

Responsibilities:
Review equipment performance, downtime records, and shift reports to identify issues and coordinate repairs.
Support skilled trades and Production teams to maintain equipment reliability and uptime.
Create work orders and assist with maintenance scheduling, parts sourcing, and follow-up.
Assist with troubleshooting equipment and machine issues.
Coordinate safety-related work orders and follow up on corrective actions.
Support shutdown planning, preventive maintenance, and maintenance scheduling.
Coordinate vendors for building repairs, waste removal, yard maintenance, and other facility services.
Participate in weekly Maintenance and Production meetings,



as well as 5S and Lean activities.
Assist with annual maintenance budgeting and capital project planning.
Monitor maintenance inventory and coordinate stock reordering.
Act as backup administrator for the equipment PM/CMMS system.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Technical post-secondary diploma or degree.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a maintenance coordination role.
Experience coordinating work with skilled trades.
Experience using a CMMS or maintenance management system.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks.
