Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our energetic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within our restaurant. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring that all staff provide outstanding customer service.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices in hospitality and service excellence.
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions at the POS system.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.





Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
Strong background in customer service with proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
