Overview
We are seeking line cooks and prep cooks to join our team for a new restaurant opening. In this dynamic role, you will play an key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
Set up your station efficiently and stock it with all necessary supplies and prepped ingredients.
Prepare and cook food dishes through a variety of cooking methods, while adhering to recipes and portion controls.
Plate food to meet company presentation standards.
Properly store food using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, label all products clearly and adhere to established food safety protocols.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu, along with proficiency in cooking techniques, recipes, and plating standards.
Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Follow all food safety and health and safety regulations.
Complete opening,



closing, and ongoing duties as required to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Working knowledge food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering excellent service
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
