Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Handle customer inquiries both in person and via phone with professionalism
Manage cash register operations including balancing drawers at shift end
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and welcoming




Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations
Follow safety protocols and maintain adherence to industry standards during all tasks

Skills
Solid communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and merchandising strategies
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and balancing registers
Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to demonstrate products confidently through demos or technical explanations
Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities during shifts

Pay: $17.60 per hour
