Morning Shift - 6 am to 2:30 pm
Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely
Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or machinery
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work workplace for all team members
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and work areas to ensure optimal operation
Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standards
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures

Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required
