Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our team. You will prepare high-quality beverages and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: This is not a seasonal position. Applicants must be available for a minimum of 8 months.
Responsibilities
Prepare tea beverages
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Operate POS and handle cash transactions
Provide friendly and productive customer service
Assist with basic food preparation and follow food safety standards
Monitor and restock inventory as needed
Support team operations during busy periods
Qualifications
Previous food service experience is an asset
Basic math and cash handling skills
Robust time management and ability to multitask
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be available to work evening shifts, including until midnight or 1:00 AM
