Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of patrons and staff to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue
Manage conflicts swiftly and professionally, de-escalating situations before they escalate further
Enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures to protect guests, staff, and property

Qualifications
SIRS certification - Can be completed after hiring
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout shifts
