M2 is an creative cocktail bar. We're in search of Bartenders/ Servers/ Hosts/ Hostesses who strive to create memorable experiences for our patrons through cutting-edge and unique mediums. Responsibilities and Duties:
Create unique guest experience
Adhere to a high standard of service
Maintain a full working knowledge of our menus and stock
Address customer questions and make recommendations
Setup and tear down of bar area
Stock and maintain all bar products including prep
Operate the Point of Sales (POS) terminal
Bus tables and maintain general cleanliness of seating area
Wash and sanitize glassware
Requirements:
SmartServe Certified (Not expired)
Food Handlers Certified (Not expired)
Complete understanding of Opentable and its features
Team player with excellent communication, and leadership skills
Incredibly personable & able to offer honest and genuine hospitality
2 years Bartending/ Hosting/ Server experience in a similar setting required
Working knowledge of classic and modern cocktails required
Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
Ability to move heavy items
Ability to work standing up for 12 hour shifts
Ability to work afternoon and or night shifts
