In addition to physiotherapy care, we provide braces, compression stockings, and custom orthotics, offering a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and patient-focused Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinic and wants to grow within the healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities
Assist physiotherapists with treatment plans and patient care
Guide patients through prescribed exercises and rehabilitation programs
Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment
Apply modalities (e.g., heat, ice, TENS, ultrasound) as directed
Ensure smooth patient flow in a busy clinic workplace
Educate patients on basic exercises and home care routines
Support front desk tasks when needed (booking, patient coordination)
Assist with product support including braces and compression stockings
Qualifications
Physiotherapy Assistant diploma - PTA/ OTA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is an asset
