Job Overview
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our pizza restaurant. You will be responsible for food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Your positive attitude and teamwork will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the POS system efficiently, to process customer orders accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote menu items.




Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service during peak hours.

Skills
Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is highly desirable.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Be adaptable with availability
Knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
