We are seeking an energetic and motivated Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Lead, motivate, and manage team members, including interviewing and onboarding new staff.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and food safety regulations.
Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching,



and foster a positive team setting aligned with hospitality excellence.
Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper food storage practices.

Requirements
Proven supervising or team management experience within the food industry or restaurant environment.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques.
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to restaurants or food service establishments.
Leadership qualities with the ability to interview, train, and develop team members effectively.
Prior restaurant management experience preferred; barista or hotel experience is a plus.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
