Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of construction crews, ensuring all safety and building regulations are met.
Manage and report on project progress to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Train and develop crew members, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Handle all site-related issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
Complete site inspections for scope of work and quality workmanship.
Participate in the execution of assigned projects
Complete daily/weekly inspections and progress photos on company apps.

Qualifications:
Proven leadership in the construction industry,



particularly in roofing, with 3+ years of experience.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of provincial building codes and safety regulations.
Proficiency in administrative software and tools.
