Our client is a family-owned and operated general contracting business with over 30 years of experience in construction and maintenance services. Since 1989, they have expanded from installing demountable partitions to offering a wide range of services, including commercial building maintenance, interior renovations, demolition, new builds, and restoration.

Our client is looking for a Site Foreman to oversee construction sites and perform carpentry duties across residential, commercial, and renovation projects. This role involves managing construction sites and performing carpentry tasks to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain construction sites.
Perform carpentry duties, including framing, finishing, and repairs.
Manage site schedules and coordinate tasks with team members.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.




Operate a vehicle for work-related travel.
Assist with demolition, renovation, and new build projects.
Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition.
Assist with material selection and procurement.

Qualifications
Strong construction and carpentry knowledge.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
Basic tool handling and maintenance skills.
No formal education required, but trade experience is an asset.

Starting wage of $28–$30 per hour
