Position Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Assistant / Client Care Representative who enjoys working with animals and people alike. This hybrid role allows you to be hands-on with patient care while also being the warm, welcoming voice and face for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians and RVTs during appointments and procedures
Safely handle and restrain pets for exams and treatments
Prepare and maintain exam rooms, surgical suites, and equipment
Greet clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy
Schedule appointments, process payments, and manage patient records
Provide client education on preventative care, nutrition, and medications
Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work workplace

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a veterinary setting or animal care role is an asset
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfort working with animals of all sizes and temperaments
A compassionate, client-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends

Schedule: Flexible scheduling available; some evenings and weekends required.
