We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities
Manage data entry for invoices, payments, and other financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks and LeapAP.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
Support month-end closing activities by preparing bank reconciliations.
Maintain organized records of financial documents, receipts,



and transaction logs for audit readiness.

Skills
Proficiency with QBO is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; attention to detail is critical.
Ability to perform account reconciliation efficiently.
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and basic math skills for financial calculations.
Familiarity with financial services terminology and practices enhances your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
