Job Summary
We are seeking a mature, dedicated and enthusiastic front Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing transactions ,booking appointments and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This role requires robust communication skills, and the ability to independently and efficiently work in a rapid-paced retail setting. Friendliness and attention to detail is a priority.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain an organized and clean store layout, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Provide information about products and services to customers
Manage inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience
Booking/managing appointments (telephone skills needed)

Experience




Previous experience in retail or waitressing a requirement
Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
Familiarity with POS systems is required
Basic computer literacy mandatory (typing accuracy)
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Self sufficient, strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities are essential for success in this role as you will not be micro managed
Recent Criminal record check will be required upon being hired
