Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, quality control, and supervising to ensure project success.

Duties:
Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities
Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are on track and within budget
Implement and enforce safety protocols
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work quality
Manage project schedules and deadlines effectively

Requirements:
Proven experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and management
Experience in commercial interior renovations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics,



and construction documents
Solid knowledge of quality control processes
Excellent supervisory skills to lead in office teams effectively
