Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Write detailed service orders by accurately documenting vehicle issues, maintenance requirements, and customer requests
Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and clarify repair instructions
Provide transparent explanations of recommended services, costs, and timelines to customers
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that enhance vehicle performance and safety
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper records of all payments received




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build ongoing relationships

Experience
Previous dealership experience or automotive service background highly preferred
Mechanic experience or strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle repairs and diagnostics
Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Experience in sales or upselling automotive services to maximize revenue opportunities
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts ordering, and service documentation
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
