Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, furniture, and fixtures by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming regularly
Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a protected environment for yourself and others
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution
Adhere to all health and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene
Skills
Prior custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning is highly desirable
Robust attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift
Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues accurately
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
