Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces to uphold health standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction




Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional service

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments with strong customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and basic calculations
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
Hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences
Basic cashiering skills combined with attention to detail in serving and serving alcohol responsibly
