We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Participate in daily administrative operations, including document management, data entry, and inter-office correspondence handling.
Entering Accounts Payable bills and Invoices.
Entering Credit Card charges.
Assisting in monthly Accounts reconciling.
Assist Purchasing department.
Maintaining filing system.
This role answers to the Office Administrator.

Qualifications




Proven experience in office administrative roles with a strong understanding of office procedures.
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
Knowledge of accounting software - Quick Books.
Attention to detail.
Self motivation and good punctuality at work.
Great interpersonal skills is a must.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and organizational efficiency.
