Reyna Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Events Manager to sell events, oversee private events, group bookings, and catering for Bar Reyna. Our ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for all event and catering inquiries
Proactively drive sales through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building with prospective clients
Manage all large group reservations, private events, and off-site catering
Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless event execution
Build robust client relationships to encourage repeat business
Work with chefs to create custom menus for events
Develop and support event sales strategies to drive revenue
Develop and execute promotional ideas and campaigns to boost event bookings
Assist with event-related social media and marketing content

Qualifications




3+ years of HOSPITALITY event coordination experience
Background in restaurant service
Sales outreach experience and familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and client relationships
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Available for evenings/weekends as needed
