We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Assist in the inventory management of food supplies and ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure optimal taste and presentation.
Help train current kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.




Participate in regular kitchen clean-up duties to maintain a protected working environment.

Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry or as a cook is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for meal preparation and an eagerness to learn new cooking techniques.
