Multi-Unit Executive Chef – Italian Fine Dining

Salary: $140,000 per year + performance bonuses + benefits

An established multi-location Italian fine-dining restaurant group is seeking an accomplished Multi-Unit Executive Chef to lead culinary operations while ensuring consistent excellence across all locations.

This senior position requires both outstanding culinary expertise and proven operational leadership.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead culinary operations across multiple restaurants
Manage and develop location chefs and kitchen leadership teams
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion standards
Create seasonal menus and profitable current dishes
Standardize recipes, costing and kitchen procedures
Control food costs, labour, purchasing, inventory and waste
Support recruitment, training and performance management
Conduct regular operational and food-safety reviews
Work directly with ownership and general managers

Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum seven years of Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining
Proven experience overseeing multiple restaurant kitchens




Extensive knowledge of authentic and contemporary Italian cuisine
Demonstrated success managing food costs and kitchen labour
Strong menu-development, recipe-costing and purchasing experience
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations

Candidates without direct multi-location culinary leadership experience will not be considered.
