We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactiveHR Managerto support both our Human Resources and Head Office operations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail workplace, enjoys working across multiple functions, and can balance people-focused HR responsibilities with hands‑on office management.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources ManagementManage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer lettersLead onboarding and offboarding processes for head office and retail employeesSupport employee relations, HR inquiries, training coordination, and policy interpretationAssist in developing, updating, and implementing corporate HR policies and training programsTrack employee performance metrics and prepare reports with data‑driven insightsAnalyze HR trends to recommend initiatives that improve retention and employee engagementSupport payroll processes as neededOffice & Administrative ManagementOversee daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and documentationMaintain an organized, efficient, and well‑functioning head office environmentManage office supplies, vendors, maintenance,
and administrative budgetsProvide administrative support to leadership and retail operations teamsCoordinate internal communications and act as a liaison between departmentsEnsure smooth workflow across office and retail support functionsRetail & Brand SupportSupport retail teams with operational needs such as inventory coordination and vendor communicationAssist in planning and executing in‑store events and marketing activationsHelp strengthen employee engagement and customer experience initiativesQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in HR, office management, or a combined role (retail experience preferred)Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment and HR best practicesExcellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HR or retail systems (e.G., NetSuite) is an assetStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or Spanish is an asset)Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindsetBenefitsSalary: $65,000-$75,000 per yearHealth and wellness benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee discounts#J-18808-Ljbffr
