Working on a Tier 1 mega-project, you will focus on managing packages related to structural steel, roofing, cladding, and glazing. Your responsibilities will include tracking subcontractor activities, administering contracts, and ensuring safety and quality within the site. This role is essential for maintaining effective coordination among various teams to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assist in the management of scope related to roofing and cladding • Keep daily records of subcontractor performance and site conditions • Manage the preparation of Activity Readiness documentation • Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor on contract changes • Uphold high safety standards by conducting regular site inspections

Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent NVQ/HND • Experience in relevant engineering roles • Familiar with NEC3 contracts and documentation processes • Strong skills in reporting and digital literacy • Valid CSCS card and eligibility to work in the UK
