Starsky Fine Foods is seeking an experienced individual for Driver/Material Handler position. This is for an existing vacancy.

The position is responsible for organizing and moving merchandise to designated locations using a pallet jack or other manual material handling equipment.

The Delivery Driver/Material Handler will work with members of the Food Terminal, company’s Receivers, and other members to increase company profitability by delivering complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to the company’s locations. The Delivery Driver/Material Handler will represent the company in a highly skilled, secure and cost-effective manner and will comply with all applicable traffic and safety legislation.

Job Requirements:
Valid DZ License and positive driving record are required. Minimum 3 years experience.
Previous relevant driving experience in the Toronto,



Mississauga and the GTA is highly preferred
Early mornings (Full Time)
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Able to read maps and accurately plan routes
Accuracy and attention to detail
Professional demeanor
Able to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
