Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Provide personalized upselling opportunities to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
Offer excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves as needed, and assist with stock organization

Skills




Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers
Proven experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of fabric and the KOTN mission
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer engagement
Familiarity with merchandising principles and POS systems
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service expertise combined with effective sales techniques such as upselling
