Ador Properties is currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Person to join our team on a temporary basis which could lead to a full time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities including but not limited to
Perform maintenance and repairs
Provide excellent customer service
Conduct maintenance tasks
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times

Qualifications
Carpentry experience
Supervisory experience is a plus
Strong customer service




Prior experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical repairs preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive communication skills to coordinate with other departments and report on maintenance activities

This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are committed to maintaining a protected and functional setting. This is a full time temporary position of 40 hours per week. Candidates should be proactive, dependable, and eager to contribute to the ongoing success of our organization.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
