Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of various construction projects. This role requires a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic workplace, and the ability to problem solve. Duties
Assist with site preparation, including setting up safety barriers and organizing materials
Support the installation of structural elements such as framing, drywall, or flooring
Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and within project specifications
Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety standards at all times




Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies as needed
Perform routine inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards or issues

Experience
Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred
Knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints is advantageous
Robust physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds)
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license is beneficial for job site access and material transportation

This role is vital for supporting successful project completion while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are maintained throughout each phase of construction.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
