Responsibilities:
Prepare invoicing and related spreadsheets for billing.
Engaging directly with customers on billing issues and inquiries.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Work collaboratively with multiple project teams on billings and contract requirements.
Complete statutory declarations, WorkSafe clearance letters, and other documentation requirements for projects.
Create and administer job files for billing and contracts.
Support month-end closing processes related to Accounts Receivable.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years Accounts Receivable/Billing experience.
Highly organized with excellent time management ability.




Problem solving mindset with focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage high volume billing transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working with customers and internal teams.
Proficient in using computers and demonstrate intermediate to advanced excel skills, as well as other MS applications.
Construction background is an asset.
