Pay: CA$30.00-CA$40.00 per hour

Job description:

Our Private Oral Surgery clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse for a busy, dynamic and state of the art facility. No evenings or weekends.

The prospective candidate will be responsible for the following:

1) Experience in surgical and hospital patient care are required as well as ACLS, BLS Certification (PALS can be obtained at a later date) and IV experience,

2) Preoperative and postoperative assessment and instructions, patient monitoring during sedation, recovery and discharge. Managing emergencies and excellent chairside manners are a must,

3) Monitoring patients during sedation and recovery after sedation,

Qualifications

1) Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure (CNO) with good standing,

2) Patient care call,

3) Solid communication skills - written and verbal,

4) Good organization and problem solving capabilities,

Office hours are 8:30 - 4:30.
