Outside Sales Representative– HVAC / Building Materials

We are currently recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team in the HVAC/building materials industry.

Location: Victoria, Kelowna or Nanaimo, BC

This is a great prospect for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working directly with customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop current business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct face-to-face, phone, email, and virtual sales calls
Prepare competitive quotes while maintaining strong margins
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
Maintain accurate customer and sales lead records
Provide market feedback to management and the inside sales team
Meet sales and expense targets while delivering exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:




3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials or related experience
HVAC sales experience and knowledge of residential HVAC systems
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and professionalism
Valid driver's licence and clean driving abstract
