Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Organization Design & Classification Consultant in the Public Sector.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Organization Design & Classification Consultant to provide expert advice and support in organizational design, job evaluation, classification, and workforce structure initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate positions, develop classification recommendations, conduct organizational reviews, and ensure consistency and alignment with established classification frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate job descriptions, organizational structures, and role requirements.
Conduct job evaluation and classification analyses using established policies, standards, and methodologies.




Develop detailed classification rationales and supporting documentation.
Perform organizational design assessments and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide guidance and recommendations regarding organizational design and classification matters.
Prepare reports, findings, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements:
Must be eligible to obtain or currently possess a Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational design, job evaluation, classification, or a related human resources discipline.
