Duties
Assist roofers in completing their tasks efficiently.
Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks like cutting, drilling, assembling, and finishing materials.
Prepare work sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary equipment or materials.
Support roofers technical tasks under supervision to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately.

Qualifications




Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools is essential.
Knowledge of construction processes, and other trades is a plus.
Solid physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, bend, and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills on the job.
