We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and a team of 6–8 employees.

Responsibilities
Supervise and schedule warehouse staff
Manage shipping, receiving, picking, packing and deliveries
Monitor inventory and warehouse equipment
Coordinate delivery schedules
Train and support employees
Ensure safety, accuracy and productivity
Improve warehouse processes and workflow

Requirements




2+ years warehouse supervisory or lead-hand experience
Warehouse, distribution, logistics or manufacturing experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Comfortable in a hands-on warehouse environment
Basic computer skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
