A Senior Team Member with starting leadership responsibilities

Responsibilities
NEVER let the small things go! Make a difference.
Taking responsibility for the kitchen based on direction of your Chef/Sous Chef at all times.
Ensure that we are operating to the highest standards with our customers and staff right until close, maintaining a world class environment.
Recipes and systems are followed to 100% execution.
Execute all standards for opening and closing the kitchen following checklists.
You represent The Lakes Restaurant + Bar at all times and will execute accordingly to brand and operational standards

Key Performance Indicators
Hours training current staff.
Cleaning, closing, opening checklists completed.
Is able to work all line positions and is developing his skills while supporting those around. Meals are compliant with standard recipe forms.
Has begun to work Call and shows a explicit understanding of the position.




Shows ability to follow all routines and checklists on a daily basis.
Leads a team with energy and commitment of staff to achieve service goals.
Follows the 328 TapHouse values shared in the employee guide at all times.
Flexibility on their scheduling depending on kitchen needs.
Available for PM and weekend shifts, including closing shifts up to 11:00 PM
Must have reliable transit to accommodate PM scheduling
Minimum 1 year Line Cook experience
willingness to assist in dish station occasionally if coverage is needed

Job Types: Casual, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
