Northstar Ford is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Part time Receptionist to join our team at our Northwest Calgary dealership.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone. You’ll also support our team with a variety of administrative tasks and help keep our showroom welcoming and organized.

Responsibilities:
Answering phones and forwarding calls to the appropriate department
Greeting customers as they walk in and directing them to the proper individuals
Administrative duties such as logging spreadsheets, filing, and assisting with meeting preparation
Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the showroom
Assisting guests and making sure they are comfortable while they wait

What you'll bring:




High proficiency in Microsoft office and other computer programs
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to be adaptable and adaptable throughout the day and re-prioritize tasks as needed
Highly organized and structured in processes to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays; 4:00 - 7:00 pm; Alternating Saturdays 9:00am - 6:00pm

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
