Overview:

Fountain Tire Camrose (Highway 13), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, secure, and dedicated associate to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver!

This position will provide support for the busy season as a part time contract position until December 5th

As a Shipper/Receiver, the successful candidate will:
Coordinate processing of outgoing product, preparing and loading material in a timely manner in order to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
Receive incoming shipments, check orders for accuracy and ensure all products indicated have been received and accounted for
Operate forklift in a safe manner; this includes utilizing proper safety precautions to ensure equipment and loads in the company forklift are safely secured for transportation




Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts

What does it take to get on track?
Someone with previous experience would be great, however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude
A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an asset
A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
A keen attention to detail
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
Basic computer skills
Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
