Responsibilities:

· Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers in the plant

· Establish work schedules and monitor timesheets

· Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments

· Prepare production and other reports

· Requisition materials and supplies

· Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity and product quality

· Train and support staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

· Prepare production and other reports

· Set up machines and operate equipment

Education

Minimal required training: Trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience in manufacturing

Experience

Mandatory minimum experience: 2 years of experience in the field of concrete manufacturing
