Job Description

We do 80% paving stone !

We are hiring experienced Hardscaper / Landscaper & Labours for the upcoming season starting in May. This role requires someone who can work with minimal supervision, stay productive, and contribute to a team-focused environment.

This is physically demanding work with long hours during peak season—best suited for someone energetic, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in the heat.

Responsibilities:
Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and driveways
Perform paver relays (lift and re-install existing stone)
Complete small concrete pours




Landscaping tasks including sod installation, grading, and rock placement
Assist with irrigation system installation
Operate small machinery (skid steer, plate compactor, etc.)
Read and follow project plans
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized job site

Requirements:

3 years experience in hardscaping/landscaping preferred but no a deal breaker
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and qualified
Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors
