Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality meals in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and meal service, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and storage areas.
Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Help train new kitchen staff in food handling and preparation techniques.
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.





Skills
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant or food service setting.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
