Join the Good Times team on weekends as a Late Night Cover Cashier, where your energetic and guest-focused approach will help create a welcoming experience for all. In this role, you will be the friendly face at the host stand, ensuring smooth transactions while providing exceptional service. Your multitasking skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient operation of our late night environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a quick-paced setting.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Stamp all guests once the transaction has been complete
Keep count of all the guests coming into the establishment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive guest experience




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guest are served efficiently and line move quickly
Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings from 1030 pm-130 am.

Experience
Previous cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong communication skills in English
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures are a must
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Positive organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
