Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues efficiently and accurately
Use data entry skills to update customer records, track interactions, and document resolutions in the company database
Conduct analysis of customer feedback and transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
Promote additional products or services through upselling techniques aligned with customer needs and preferences




Support bilingual customers by providing services in English and Spanish, ensuring explicit understanding on both sides
Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations, turning potential frustrations into satisfying solutions

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service roles or related fields with strong communication skills
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
Demonstrated data entry proficiency with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in sales or upselling strategies to enhance customer engagement
