We are seeking a highly experienced Line Cook with a strong background in Italian cuisine to join our team.

Our kitchen is built on authenticity, quality, and consistency, and we are looking for someone who understands and respects traditional Italian cooking. Experience mandatory.

Position Details:
Days, evenings, and weekends required
Fast-paced, high-volume setting

What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience in Italian cuisine is essential
Strong knowledge of pasta, sauces, timing, and execution
Ability to work clean, fast, and organized under pressure
High attention to detail and pride in presentation
Team-oriented with a solid sense of urgency
