Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. This position may involve working in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Duties:
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide medication administration and reminders
Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe workplace
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Help clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when required
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:
Previous experience in long term care is required
Knowledge of resident care techniques and practices
Ability to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
Robust communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients
Flexibility to work various shifts,



including weekends and holidays if necessary
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
