Duties
Assist experienced technicians with diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues using mechanical knowledge and schematics.
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
Support the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components following safety protocols and technical specifications.
Participate in heavy lifting tasks required for parts replacement or vehicle servicing.
Follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines to ensure quality workmanship during all repair activities.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools and equipment after use.
Learn to interpret schematics and technical manuals to improve troubleshooting skills.
Skills
Level 2 or 3 Apprentice mechanical knowledge with a strong interest in automotive repair.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Minimum 5 years experience
Positive customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients when needed.
Understanding of schematics, assembly procedures, and maintenance practices.
Robust work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards.
